Help Me Live: 20 things people with cancer want you to know.* The survey's purpose is to help those of us who've been diagnosed with cancer receive the most respectful and sensitive support possible, which contributes to our living more satisfying, richer, and perhaps even longer lives.
Your name or e-mail address will not be used in the book and won't be provided to the publisher or anyone else. You don't have to answer all of the questions, but if you do, it will take 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how much information you choose to share.
